Mr. Mintzer has thirty years experience as a General Agent for several of the leading Life, Health and Property and Casualty Insurers in the U.S as well as overseas which qualifies him as an expert on most insurance issues. He was the Director of Insurance Education for ten years at the Community College of Aurora until his resignation in September 2002.
